L'shanah tovah from The Jewish Theological Seminary!

For decades, JTS has served as the makom tefillah (place of prayer) for Jews of the Upper West Side and the JTS community on the High Holidays. JTS's High Holiday services are warm, welcoming, and fully egalitarian, featuring traditional liturgy, engaging melodies, and words of Torah to enhance the prayer experience

JTS offers two High Holiday services:

Main Service—Feinberg Auditorium
Led by Rabbi Daniel Nevins, Rabbi Julia Andelman, Dr. Alan Cooper, and Liza Wohlberg. Chancellor Arnold Eisen will deliver a sermon at Kol Nidrei services.

Kehillah Minyan—Women's League Seminary Synagogue
Led by rabbinical students Lauren Henderson and Daniel Novick. Space is limited.

JTS will also host Kehilat Hadar for Rosh Hashanah. Reservations are required and open to members of the Hadar community. For more information, please visit www.kehilathadar.org.

Photo ID is required for admission to JTS. Students from JTS, Columbia, and Barnard will be admitted with student ID at all service times.

All JTS services are free and open to the public; a suggested donation of $36 or more is greatly appreciated. You can donate online when you register. If you prefer to donate by check, please make checks payable to JTS-High Holidays and send them to:
