Ruti Greenglick is an social worker at the Emunah Achuzat Sara Children’s home and a mother of 5. She specializes in couples and parenting counseling and teaches this subject at a college in the North. Additionally, she provides therapy to parents who have lost children in the IDF, a practice she began before the tragic loss of her own son, Shauli. Shauli was a 26-year-old lieutenant in the IDF and a very talented singer. Ruti is also a cancer survivor and, following her recovery began sharing her journey through performances. She has given 440 performances worldwide, inspiring others to overcome adversity with faith and courage. Ruti often performs alongside her daughter, Michal.
Millet Ben Haim, 28, is a survivor of the massacre at the Nova Festival on October 7 in Reim, Israel. Millet ran from Hamas terrorists for two hours straight, dodging bullets while watching her friends fall down and get murdered beside her. She then found a spot in the bushes with 3 other friends and waited there for six hours, until she was rescued. Ever since that fateful day, Millet has been committed to sharing her story and speaking around the world, including at campuses in the US, in order to to fight Antisemitism and spread the truth about what happened.
Adi Efrat, 51, is a resilient survivor from Kibbutz Be'eri, Israel. Adi was taken from her home on Kibbutz Be’eri and held captive by Hamas for about two hours. Throughout that day, she remained determined not to lose hope. Her house was burnt down, and 101 members of her kibbutz were killed, while 30 were kidnapped. Adi, a manager of an Animal Assisted therapy resilience center in Sderot, helps heal people who have experienced trauma through animal therapy. Adi's determination and courage have been an inspiration to those around her, embodying the strength of the human spirit in times of extreme danger and conflict. After a few months as an evacuee, Adi recently returned to live in Be'eri with her husband .
