Andrew Rubenstein
Andrew Rubenstein, a Harding Township native, graduated from Madison High School and earned a Bachelor of Construction Management degree from University of West Florida. In 1987, he started his property management career with his Father Steven and his Uncle Bill at Rubenstein Properties.
Throughout the next 21 years with Rubenstein Properties, Andrew managed construction projects, leased spaces, and managed industrial buildings. After Andrew’s father passed away in 2008, Andrew continued to work with his Uncle Bill for the next 12 years, ultimately selling Rubenstein Properties in 2019. During that time, Andrew also managed and operated the Steven and Beverly Rubenstein Charitable Foundation that brings us here today.
It is with great honor and respect that Andrew continues his Grandfather Michael Rubenstein’s vision with that of Morty Wertheimer's and Alvin Turner's to form a Jewish day school in Morris County and, ultimately, with the Gottesman Family for the continuation of that vision through Gottesman RTW Academy.
