He is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening client partnerships, and advancing program performance through a focus on responsiveness, accountability, and service excellence. Leveraging more than two decades of industry experience, Evans works collaboratively with teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, deliver consistent results, and support clients' evolving security needs.
 
Evans joined Winfield Security, a Tarian company, in 2012 and has played a key role in developing high-performing teams and fostering strong client relationships. He believes that a positive workplace culture is the foundation of operational success and is passionate about creating an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. Evans holds an MBA in Public Administration from John Jay College and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He is a New York State Certified Training Instructor for Security Guards and has been part of the security industry since 2001, serving in numerous supervisory and management roles with progressively greater responsibility.
