Jason Romano is a graduate of Columbia University’s School of Engineering & Applied Sciences in New York, NY, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.   Following graduation, Jason began his career on Wall Street, working in Institutional Sales for both global and domestic markets.  He then switched gears and returned to Long Island where he served as Senior Vice President of Fixed Income Strategies working alongside banks, credit unions and municipalities to help manage their financial portfolios. 

In 2014, Jason made a significant career change and stepped into the healthcare sector as the Vice President of Finance and Human Resources for Theradynamics. Five years later, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, the position he continues to hold today. 

During that same period, in collaboration with Zimmet Health Care and Language Fundamentals, he worked to establish Comprehensive Skilled Care Solutions, which was created to offer clients a collaborative approach to navigating therapy and reimbursement for skilled nursing facilities.  CS2 was designed to offer Skilled Nursing facilities with Clinical Reimbursement, Rehabilitation and MDS Process oversight coupled with Rehab Department Management and Clinical Support. Jason also holds the title of Chief Financial Officer for this company as well, alongside several other entities.

In 2025, Jason was honored by St. Johnland Nursing & Rehab as their Healthcare Hero in recognition of the exceptional work being performed within the rehabilitation department.  He also acts as a member of the QAPI Board for the Assisted Living and Alixa at St. Johnland.

Although Jason dedicates much of his time to his professional responsibilities, he enjoys staying active playing golf, softball, basketball, billiards, and darts.
