Mazal Tov, Jeff, on your well-earned retirement. Your leadership and dedication have influenced and shaped generations. You didn't just manage a camp-you created a welcoming home for so many. From the first-day welcomes to the end-of-summer memories, you transformed summers into something truly meaningful. Your commitment to the children, staff, long days, and busy schedules has made Camp Nesher a place where everyone feels safe and supported. The camp will undoubtedly feel different without you. It still makes me smile to think that you had to be convinced to hire me (thank you, mom, dad, Gail, and Mark). That decision changed my life. You became much more than a boss-you became a friend, and ultimately, family. Thank you for making Camp Nesher a home for all of us. Your impact will be remembered for years to come.

Mazal Tov Jeff! We've known you for only a few years but our experiences with you bear out your sparkling reputation as a dynamic and compassionate leader and an empathic soul. You have been a dear reliable and loyal comrade, companion, and friend to our daughter and our grandchildren. You are a social genius, creating, cultivating and sustaining enduring and meaningful relationships for generations at Camp Nesher and beyond. You are loved and revered by generations of campers, staff and administrators whose lives were enriched by decades of your counsel and advice. You've entertained, organized and produced events and experiences through your creative genius- musical and otherwise- which were always memorable and inspiring. We cherish your wonderfully compatible relationship with Deborah. We love you and wish you an abundance of good health, success, tranquility and contentment in your post-Nesher adventures. Jeff - I still remember being at Camp Nesher in 1996, one of those early summers, and feeling the incredible energy and spirit that you helped create. Those experiences had such a huge impact on me-they shaped who I am and gave me memories that have lasted a lifetime. Now, all these years later, it's amazing to watch my own kids at Nesher, growing and thriving in the same environment that meant so much to me. Seeing the impact you've had on them, just like you did on me, is something really special. Thank you, Jeff, for your 30 years of dedication, vision, and love for this camp. You've built something truly lasting-
