Mazal tov to our dearest Josh/Dad/Zaidy for this well-deserved recognition!
We have watched you wear many professional hats through the years, but through all of them, you managed to find a path to chessed in one form or another. We were a lot younger when we first put on our Shabbos best and accompanied you as you collected recognition awards from the March of Dimes, the Lighthouse, the Red Cross and others. We couldn't understand how those related to Cable TV.
You brought us along to set tables for the RPRY Scholarship Breakfast year after year.  You modeled the importance of making sure an avel has a minyan.  You also modeled the highest level of kibud av va'em for many many years. All the while, you coached our sports teams, den "mothered" our Cub Scout troops, took us camping and skiing, brought us to SOS mishmar week after week and never missed a game, a play, a dance or piano recital, or a Torah Bowl championship.
Sometimes, we are reminded how selfless you are when random people unexpectedly  share with us what you did for them, how you made a trying situation that much more manageable. At the end of the day, we know that nothing makes you happier than bringing a smile to someone else's face. 
חסד חסד תרדוף - This is the essence of you.
May Hashem grant you many more decades of health and strength to continue role modeling community-focused acts of chessed for the whole family.

Words such as dedication, commitment, work ethic, compassion, and chesed seem to fall short of describing your devotion to your beautiful children and to chesed projects and organizations you commit to. Any organization, that is fortunate enough to benefit from your involvement, knows full well that they are getting a 110% commitment with no effort spared. They are getting not only your tireless work, but more importantly, your creative and well-developed ideas on how to surpass the stated goals that result in the project's huge success. As parents, you have no equal. You are raising three beautiful children B"AH, who possess the same love for Torah, Eretz Yisrael, chesed, community and outstanding midot that both of you are so well known for. You've ingrained these values in them from the time they started walking and talking, and the results of your efforts are so beautifully obvious today. We are so incredibly proud of you and all that you, with Hashem's help, have achieved so far. May Hashem bless you with arichat yamim and a lifetime of bracha ve'hatzlacha in all your endeavors, continued nachat from Gabe, Aliza and Yael, and countless smachot with your family and friends.
