Sigal and Donny Epstein

Sigal and Donny Epstein have been married for 9 years and reside in Edison, NJ, with their four children.  The Epstein children began their RPRY journey when Harry entered Pre-Nursery in 2019 (RPRY ‘31), followed by Celia (RPRY ’33), and then Charlie (RPRY ’35). Solomon (RPRY ’37) will join his siblings at school in the fall of 2025.

RPRY has always been a meaningful part of Donny’s life. A proud member of the Class of 1985, his connection to the school began in nursery and continued through eighth grade, where he served as class president. Donny’s graduating class gifted the school with the now-iconic portrait of Rabbi Pesach Raymon, which has greeted generations of students and visitors for more than 40 years.

Donny went on to study at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, earning a B.F.A. in Drama, and later received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law–Newark, continuing a three-generation family legacy at this prestigious institution.  Today, he leads EPSTEIN | OSTROVE, LLC, a trial law and litigation firm with 20 attorneys widely recognized for its client-centered approach and outstanding case results.  Alongside his legal career, Donny remains active in the arts as a producer of films and Broadway plays. His work has earned multiple accolades, including an Emmy nomination for the documentary Paper Clips.

Sigal, originally from San Diego, is also a proud NYU alumna, where she earned her B.A. in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies. She began her career in the nonprofit sector, working with New York based non-profits and philanthropic organizations. Upon the birth of their first child, Sigal transitioned to an administrative role at Donny’s firm. Most recently, she has taken on the full-time roles of CEO and COO of the Epstein household.

Sigal has been a dedicated leader within the RPRY community. She served as RPRY PLUS Treasurer from 2020 to 2022 and as Co-President from 2022 to 2024. During her tenure, she helped foster a warm, inclusive environment for students, staff, and families—expanding volunteer participation, prioritizing teacher appreciation, and enhancing RPRY PLUS programming to enrich school life.

The family's commitment to RPRY began a half of a century ago and the Epsteins remain deeply committed to the RPRY mission. They regularly support the #onegift campaign, have answered the call to assist with the Dream It Capital and Innovation Campaign, and have initiated scholarship options to ensure access to quality Jewish education for those in need.

The Epsteins are grateful for the love and support from their extended family.  They have special Hakarat Hatov (gratitude) to their parents Paul Neustein, Randi Feinberg, and Mark and Mira Epstein, and to Sigal’s grandmother, Betty Feinberg, whose continuing example of community service and philanthropy serves as a daily inspiration to their family.
