your Paramedic skills (saving lives *and* meetings), your endless encouragement for students (turning "I can't"
into "I'll try!"), referee skills to organize the students courts, and your legendary burnt quesadillas (proof that
effort counts more than perfection), you make this school special. Whether you're cheering on struggling
students (with more patience than we have for your toaster), celebrating every small victory (like kids actually
using the trash bins), or keeping your office stocked with "emergency" snacks/drinks (the real reason attendance
improved), you show up for all of us - usually with a joke and a rugellach. So thank you for being one of the
hearts of this school. You believe in our students even when they don't believe in themselves, and in us even
