Thank you for your 25 years of service to our community. We are fortunate to have worked with you over the years and can attest to your dedication and love of YINR and its members. We admire your leadership and determination to accomplish what needs to get done (even if no one agrees with you). Many projects, including the enclosure of the terrace, would not have been possible without you. Thank you Karen for allowing Michael to put in the countless hours over all these years. Wishing you and your entire family mazel and bracha on making aliyah. We'll miss you... does the shul in Raanana need a house manager?

Dear  Karen and Michael,
Over 20 years ago, when we were looking for a place to live, we came out for the day to New Rochelle to visit with you. 
We looked around the neighborhood, fell in love with all the charming old homes and felt connected to

Westchester - back to our Grauer roots. 

But the real draw was being able to send our children to school with their cousins, to live a short walk away from each other, to hang Sundays at Bubbie's and Zaidie's house and pool. Doing what we love most...spending  time with the people we love most.
So now this chapter here in NY is coming to an end. But the new chapter - when you will be reunited with all your children and grandchildren - brings us so much joy for you!!  Please God, the party will now continue in Israel...get ready... we will be there often! 
As Mimi says, "it's not goodbye, it's so long."
Finally, along with our beautiful community, we take this opportunity to thank you publicly for eveything you have done for all of us. We owe you big time for your above and beyond efforts as president and for your trailblazing move to New Rochelle that brought to this great community.

We were honored to serve with you on the YINRStrong Executive Board and see from the inside how much you accomplished. With clear vision, you forged forward in growing our shul, pushing for more Torah learning, cultural activities, and minyanim, spearheading the terrace project, and overseeing day-to-day activities down to the smallest detail, all with tremendous energy, dedication, and an ever-present smile. When Covid hit, you went into double-time, spending 24/7 helping individual members and advocating for the entire community. You were always open to our ideas and views, created a great EB vibe, and fostered camaraderie among us. May your strength, clarity of purpose and leadership talents continue to be a bracha to your family and to your future community. We are privileged to have worked alongside you.
