Stacy Goldstein is BPY's Director of Operations. On a daily basis, she is behind the scenes orchestrating the day-to-day activities. Some of her responsibilities include the building, facilities, security, budgets, HR, lunch, schedules, programs, transportation, communications - Just to name a few.

Prior to BPY, Stacy worked in marketing for both a communications company and a record label. Her background includes planning and executing large scale events, concerts, and programs. Stacy brought all these experiences and skills with her to BPY. Since her arrival here, just a few months after the school opened in 2001 with 27 children in Leonia, NJ, her calm and organized approach to BPY’s management has ensured the financial success and growth of the school.

Stacy partners with the Board of Directors and the Building Committee in developing the annual budget, overseeing the school's operations, and management of the facility. Additionally, Stacy supervises the Office, security staff, maintenance staff, and food services. She also partners with the Paramus Board of Education, Paramus Borough Hall, and local and state government leadership.

Stacy lives in Teaneck with her husband, Seth (who holds down the fort when she is dealing with school emergencies), and 3 kids. She is involved in her shul community where she has led mommy and me shabbat programs, organized sisterhood events, assisted with security grants, and has been a long-standing member of her shul board. When she's not working on BPY - she loves following the weather, traveling, and planning amazing day trips with her family.

Stacy lives and breathes BPY. With-out her leadership, expertise, calmness and work ethic we could not have grown to the prestigious education institution we are today
