Frequently Asked Questions
As of June 13, 2021

Where am I going to sit?
We are excited for concert participants to safely join us for our Divas on the Bima celebration outside in our TBS parking lot. There will be two sections, sponsor/patron and general seating. Sponsors will have assigned seats, while Patrons and General Attendees will be in designated open seating area.  Committee volunteers will help concert goers find their seats.

What safety precautions have been put into place?
We are looking forward to gathering together safely for Divas on the Bima! Following CDC and State of New Jersey guidelines, along with the guidance of our medical advisory committee, the following safety protocols have been put into place:
  • All attendees must bring masks. Masks are encouraged outdoors, and are required to go inside of the building to use the restrooms.
  • Seating will be assigned in designated areas by registration.
  • Everyone must check in upon arrival.
  • If you have registered for the in-person concert and are not feeling well the day of the event, we ask that you please stay home. We will miss you there in-person, and are happy to share the link with you so that you may participate virtually.
Our Divas on the Bima committee and volunteers will be helping to enforce these guidelines throughout the evening.

Is there building access?
Yes, the building will be open for restroom access.

What happens if it rains?
If it rains on Monday, June 14th, we have planned to reschedule the concert to Tuesday, June 15th. If the weather does not allow for that day, Divas on the Bima will perform live from our sanctuary and a link will be sent to all participate virtually.

Will be there be food and drink? Can I bring in my own?
For the health and safety of all participants, guests are permitted to bring in a bottle of water. Sponsors and Patrons will receive an elaborate dairy dessert to-go bag at the end of the program.

Where am I going to park?
Parking will be available in the Temple Beth Sholom parking lot, as well as next door in the Chabad parking lot.

Can I come with a group of friends, and can we be guaranteed to sit together?
Sponsors and Patrons will be seated by registration.  General admission seating is open. You may register up to 6 people per registration for the in-person concert.
