David S. Mack is a Senior Managing Partner and Vice President of The Mack Management and Construction Corp, a solely owned real estate development firm headquartered in Fort Lee, New Jersey and Arizona. He is a former Director of Mack­Cali Realty since 2004, which is now operating under the name Veris Residential, and served as an Advisory Board member from 1997 to 2004. David pioneered the development of large, Class A office properties, and helped increase the company's portfolio to approximately 20 million square feet. 

Mr. Mack currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York State. Previously, Mr. Mack was a member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York for 3 terms and a member of the Board of Directors and Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for 2 terms and served as Vice Chairman on the NY Motor Vehicles Board for 12 years. Additionally, for 14 years David was Deputy Superintendent, rank of Colonel, of the NY State Police. Mr. Mack is also a member of the Board of the United Nation's Commission of NY State. 

Mr. Mack received his B.A. degree in business administration from Hofstra University, where he serves as a member and Secretary of the Board of Trustees. Mr. Mack serves as a member of the Board of Overseers of Northwell Health and is a former trustee of North Shore Hospital and Long Island Jewish Hospital System and is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Pratt Institute. 

In Palm Beach, Mr. Mack serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the MorseLife Health System and Morse Health Center. Mr. Mack is also on the Board of Directors of the Kravis Center, Palm Beach Civic Association, Oxbridge Academy and the Fellowship of Christians and Jews. He is a member of Palm Healthcare Foundation, serves on the Board of Trustees of the Town of Palm Beach United Way and is Chairman Emeritus,Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, serving as liaison and advocate for philanthropy in Jewish Community Life .. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Governors of Palm Beach Country Club and serves as President of the Foundation, Chairman of the Community Relations, is a member of the Admissions Committees and is a former President of the Club. 

David Mack is the 1st Assistant Commissioner of Nassau County Police Department, First Vice President of Palm Beach Police Foundation and Undersheriff Executive Assistant for Governmental Affairs for Palm Beach County, Florida
