Since April 5th, 1999, First Central Savings Bank has grown from a simple concept to what we are today, a vibrant thriving community bank that hasn’t wavered from its original aim: friendly, personalized service for our community members. Joseph Pistilli, the first CEO and Board Chairman, retired in 2016 and still serves as an active Chairman of the Board providing strategic planning and development while Ed Petrosky currently serves as our President and CEO. Since our humble beginning, we’ve striven to serve the community by growing to 8 branches, 5,500 customers, 100 employees, and $610 million in assets.
