Joseph Loccisano was born and raised in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn, and has always believed in the importance of giving back to the community that gave him so much. He was blessed to grow up in a loving family, the son of Marianna and Rocco Loccisano, alongside his three wonderful
siblings Inez, Maria, and Danny.

 

Joseph graduated from St. Athanasius, Bishop Ford High School, and later St. John's University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. In June 1996, he married his wife, Tiziana, and together they have a son, Rocco, who is the pride and joy of their lives.

 

For the past 11 years, Joseph has proudly served as the owner of The Loccisano Insurance Agency, Inc. Throughout his professional journey, he has made it a priority to stay connected to the neighborhood where he was born, lives, and continues to love. For Joseph, community service has never been just a commitment, it is a way of life.

 

Over the years, he has had the honor of serving on the 5th Avenue Board of Trade, including its Executive Board. He currently serves as the President of the Dyker Heights Civic Association and as a member of Brooklyn's Community Board 10, where he also participates on the Traffic and Transportation Subcommittee. He is also an active member of the Brooklyn Networking Group.

 

Joseph is deeply committed to supporting his community through active involvement in his parish, St. Ephrem's Church. He dedicates his time and support to a variety of local organizations, including The Guild for Exceptional Children, the 68th Precinct Community Council, Reaching-Out Community Services, and the Norwegian Christian Home & Health
Center.
