Founded by the NJY Camps organization in 1995, Camp Nesher is a coed, modern-orthodox Jewish summer camp for children entering 3rd through 10th grade. Located in the beautiful northeast Pocono Mountains, Camp Nesher was built on a foundation that combines both the philosophies of bein adam l’chavero, treating others with respect, and hakarat hatov, acknowledging acts of kindness. These ideals remain at the very core of who we are and are imbued in everything we do.

At Camp Nesher we believe that the ideal camp experience entertains, educates, and builds character. Campers from around the world have fun, grow, and develop friendships that last a lifetime.
