This year we place the spotlight on our school – an educational institution that nurtures each student’s unique potential, celebrates their strength and guides them towards achieving their personal goals. While preparing our high schoolers for higher education, professional opportunities and varied life experiences, the process begins in our lower school where we provide academic knowledge, self-awareness, and build confidence. 

 

SSLI’s drama program, guided by a dedicated faculty member, cultivates the collaborative and creative potential in our students with breathtaking results. Sustained by the efforts of many volunteers, the high school drama program fosters trying out new pursuits, honing skills, taking risks, and seeing what resonates for our students behind or in front of the curtain. 

 

At the 2019 Spotlight on Schechter Gala, we will shine a light on the excellence and diversity of programs offered at SSLI, the community that makes up our Schechter family and the Jewish values we instill in our students.
