President of DOI Board of Governors

 

Jason Halper, Esq, has served on the Board of Daughters of Israel since 2014, and in 2017, joined the Executive Committee as a Vice President. Before Jason joined the Board, he felt connected to our Home, as his grandfather, David Halper, and great aunt, Ida Falkenheim, obm, were residents.
 
Jason has played an active role at Daughters, co-chairing our largest fundraiser, the Fern Forman Memorial Golf Tournament, for the last two years, with Dan Klinger, and Honorary Chair Michael Forman. A new and successful component Jason introduced to Golf was tennis, providing another enjoyable option to increase attendance, raise awareness, and increase revenue for the Home.  In addition, Jason has also served on our Casino Night Committee, and over the years, has also served on the Budget/Finance, By-laws, Corporate Compliance, Nominating, and Strategic Planning Committees.
