A welcoming, warm, engaging and joyful learning environment is what awaits students upon entering Bruriah’s learning center as reimagined under the dedicated leadership of Rhonda Weinraub.  The passion, energy and smiles burst forth into the hallways drawing in students and unlocking their potential.

Although she has been part of the Bruriah family since 2008, Mrs. Weinraub still thinks of herself as “new” to Bruriah, bringing fresh energy and perspective each day.  As the Director of Educational Services, her passion is to help each child reach their full potential.  To do that, Mrs. Weinraub collaborates with students, parents, teachers and administrators to meet the individual academic needs of every student.  A teacher’s teacher who has been in the field of Jewish education for fifty years, Mrs. Weinraub is universally respected by her peers who seek her guidance and wisdom in developing their teaching skills and ensuring that they reach every student.

An accomplished administrator, Mrs. Weinraub considers herself a teacher first and works to get into the classroom whenever her schedule permits.  This year, students are thriving as she teaches Jewish History to Bruriah’s freshman class and an elective in Special Education to the seniors.

Mrs. Weinraub holds a Bachelors degree in Jewish Studies, a Masters in Special Education and earned a Post Masters Certification as a LDT-C (Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant).  She and her husband live in Passaic and are blessed with children and grandchildren who live in Monsey and Israel. Not just an educator and administrator, Mrs. Weinraub is also the proud mother and mother-in-law of outstanding Bruriah graduates.
