Agudas Achim Congregation - Josh Kraushaar & Amir Tibon
 
Josh Kraushaar is the political editor for National Journal, and pens the weekly "Against the Grain" column. Josh has appeared as a political analyst on television and radio, including FOX News, MSNBC, CNN, National Public Radio and C-SPAN. Josh is the third of four generations of Kraushaars at Agudas Achim Congregation. He has teamed with Amir Tibon, Washington correspondent for Haaretz, to provide Jewish perspectives on U.S. and Israeli political topics at three Agudas Achim Congregation Men’s Club brunches. He resides in Annandale, VA with his wife Hannah Kraushaar and children Shana and Avi.
 
Amir Tibon is an award-winning Israeli journalist, who is currently the Washington
correspondent for Haaretz newspaper. His writing on Israel and the Middle East has been published in The Atlantic, Foreign Affairs, Politico Magazine, Tablet Magazine and other leading U.S. publications. He has reported from conflict zones in Syria, Ukraine and southern Turkey. His first book, a biography of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, came out in July 2017. Amir served in the IDF Intelligence Corps as an Arabic language specialist. He has teamed with Josh Kraushaar, National Journal political editor, to provide Jewish perspectives on U.S. and Israeli political topics at three Agudas Achim Congregation Men’s Club brunches. He is currently living in Alexandria, VA, with his wife Miri, who is the Jewish Agency Shlicha at Agudas Achim Congregation.
