Target audience: Affiliate Finance Officers (treasurers and finance VPs/secretaries). The session will focus on best practices that promote smooth relations in your affiliate sisterhood and with WLCJ international. Among the topics: budgets and other fiscal activities; pros and cons of various payment options, including what WLCJ recommends and why; maintaining the affiliate database and understanding how it relates to your per capita bill; and important nonprofit documents. You are also invited to bring a problem about which the group may brainstorm and offer suggestions.

Conservative Rabbis and Interfaith Weddings - We will present a topic and discuss as if we were creating a resolution. We will discuss the history of WLCJ resolutions, the process of resolution approvals, the parts of a resolution, and the difference between partisan and political. We will work in small groups, and based on our research, we will provide a written resolution introduction. The groups will brainstorm and write other parts of the resolution, review the results, and present the various points of view that were discussed.
