Health & Safety Guidelines
Your health and safety remain our top priority as we gather for WLCJ CONVENTION 2026. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment for all attendees. In coordination with the hotel and local health authorities, we have implemented the following protocols for our 2026 event:
Personal Accountability
We ask all attendees to monitor their health before and during the event.
-
Stay Home if Sick: If you have a fever, cough, or are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home.
-
Symptom Reporting: If you begin to feel unwell during the convention, please isolate immediately and notify event staff via the Whova App.
-
Emergency Information: Bring a written copy of the drugs you are taking and any medical conditions you have with you.
Hygiene & Sanitization
-
Sanitation Stations: Hand sanitizing stations will be positioned throughout the venue, particularly in high-traffic areas like the exhibit hall and dining areas.
Masking & Vaccines
-
Mask Policy: WLCJ CONVENTION 2026 is a mask-friendly environment. While masks are not currently mandated, we fully support any attendee who chooses to wear one. Masks will be available at the registration desk upon request.
-
Vaccinations: We strongly encourage all participants to be up-to-date on seasonal vaccinations (such as Flu and COVID-19) to protect themselves and the community.
Inclusion & Wellness
-
Fragrance-Free Encouraged: To support attendees with sensitivities or migraines, we kindly ask that you limit the use of strong perfumes or colognes.
-
Hydration: Water stations are located throughout the facility.
Note: These guidelines are subject to change based on updated local health regulations. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email.
