Fran is currently a Vice President and Chair of the Kehilah / Education Committee on the WLCJ International Board, as well as a member of the Torah Fund Cabinet. As part of her portfolio, Fran also facilitates the Mathilde Master Class. Prior to that she served as Mishpachah and Inclusion Chair where she was a contributor to the Inclusion Guidebook. Fran is a Past Pandemic President of Central Great Lakes Region. Before that she was Region Torah Fund Vice President. She is currently the chair for the CGL Region Past Presidents Council, Co-Chair of the Nominating Committee and is a member of the Archives Committee. Fran served two terms as a second-generation Sisterhood President of her sisterhood.
Fran is a retired teacher and counselor by profession. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, gardening, genealogy, and music. Fran is married to Tom Hildebrandt. They share three sons, two daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren who call her Bubbie.
