Cory Schneider of Pompton Plains, New Jersey is a past international president of Women’s League for Conservative Judaism (2006-2010) and has served in nearly every official capacity within the organization, including Torah Fund Chair. During Cory’s presidency she spearheaded the much-needed restructuring of the organization as well as serving as chair of the Leadership Council of Conservative Judaism. An active member of her synagogue and community Cory focuses her energy on innovation, developing materials and streamlining structures and policies, always with an eye to producing a more involved, stronger, and vibrant organization.
Cory created and chairs a tallit weaving program for her sisterhood in Metuchen, New Jersey.
Currently, Cory serves Women’s League as Archives chair, administrator of the Torah Fund Legacy Society and member of various committees. She sits on the Women’s League Board of Directors and the Torah Fund Cabinet.
