Randy’s Women’s League career has been varied and exciting. She has held most positions on both her Sisterhood and Region Boards including both Sisterhood and Region President. During her term as Region President, Women’s League undertook restructuring their 25 Branches to 13 Regions. Randy was named Transition Chair. She is most proud of the work of that Transition Team and is overwhelmed with what they have created when she sees the cohesiveness of the IntraContinental Region group.
She gained additional expertise in bringing groups together by sitting on the Merger Steering Committee of her synagogue which successfully merged three synagogues. Randy chaired both the Catering Committee and the Sisterhood Committee, merging the ideas/cornerstones of three synagogue catering departments and three sisterhoods into one entity.
Randy have been a member of the Executive Committee of WLCJ during a number of administrations. She has held the position of Canadian Liaison during which time WLCJ was able to address the standardization of the remittance process providing equality between our Canadian and U.S. memberships. Currently, she serves on the Executive Committee as the Special Projects Chair and the Canadian Liaison. Randy is a Region Advisor and a WLCJ consultant.
Randy feels that her participation at all levels of Women’s League for Conservative Judaism has afforded her the opportunity to learn and grow and “spread her wings” while meeting wonderful women from all over the United States and Canada whose friendships she cherishes.
