Toby B. Holtzman is a WLCJ Vice President, Convention Programming Vice-Chair, and co-chair of the Bat Mitzvah class of 2023-2026. She is also a member of the Torah Fund Cabinet. Previously, she served as Tefillot chair for 3 Conventions and co-chaired Makom B’Yachad during its first 3 years.
Originally from Jamaica, New York, Toby, now residing in Rockville, MD, is an active member of Congregation Har Shalom in Potomac, Maryland, where she spent many years on their Board and Executive Committee. She is a Sisterhood Past President and currently enjoys leading the Women’s Rosh Hodesh services and special programs. She is also a Shlichat T’zibur for congregational services when asked. A member of Seaboard Region, she was Torah Fund Vice President and Membership Vice President.
Blissfully retired from University Publishing, Toby loves spending time with her 2 daughters, daughter-in-love, son-in-love, the “Babes” grandtwins Charley (she) & Oliver (he), and beloved cats Zips and Vibes.
