Julia Loeb is a passionate leader, educator, and lifelong advocate for Jewish learning and community engagement. As the International President of Women’s League for Conservative Judaism, she brings vision, dedication, and a deep commitment to strengthening Jewish women’s leadership worldwide.
Julia’s journey within Women’s League has been extensive and impactful. She previously served as a Vice President and Co-chair of the Education Committee, shaping meaningful programs and initiatives. She is also a proud member of the International Torah Fund Cabinet, supporting the future of Conservative/Masorti Jewish education. Before her international leadership role, Julia led the Seaboard Region as President, after serving as Vice President of Education and Recording Secretary.
Her dedication to Jewish life extends to Kol Shalom in Rockville, Maryland, where she is a founding member and Past President of the Sisterhood. A passionate service leader and Torah reader, Julia’s presence enriches her synagogue community.
Beyond her work in Jewish leadership, Julia holds a degree in psychology from the University of Chicago and is a certified Parent Educator. She served on the board of the Parent Encouragement Program in Kensington, Maryland, helping to empower families through education and support.
Julia and her husband, Bob, reside in Rockville, Maryland, where they have built a home filled with love, learning, and Jewish values. They are the proud parents of three adult children.
